FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you place an order
Practical information for planning your team's medical apparel.
01What is the minimum order quantity?
For wholesale orders, the minimum quantity generally ranges from 250 to 500 units, depending on the product, fabric and project scope. The applicable quantity is confirmed when the production requirements are reviewed.
02When does production start and how long does it take?
Production starts immediately after the customer approves the quotation. The lead time depends on the fabric, design, order quantity and production plan. Specified white coats made in 9511 Polycotton Satin have a 3-4 week production lead time; other project timelines are confirmed at quotation stage.
03Can a sample be prepared before placing an order?
Sampling and approval are planned according to the scope of the project. Garment design, fabric, colour and customisation details are agreed before bulk production. Please discuss the sampling arrangements with our team.
04How do we choose fabrics and colours?
Use the fabric specifications and colour codes on our English fabric collection for an initial assessment. Screen colours may vary; final selection is based on a physical fabric sample.
05Can you add our logo, embroidery or staff names?
Corporate logos, embroidery and name applications can be considered within the project. Position, dimensions and technique are agreed through a sample or visual approval. Embroidery is carried out in-house.
06Are women's and men's styles available?
Women's and men's styles are available for the models identified in the product details. Style and size quantities can be planned around your team's requirements.
07How should we prepare the size breakdown?
The size information in the product details provides initial guidance. Confirm the number of wearers, styles and sizes before ordering, and include the quantity for each size in the quotation form's details field.
08What is the difference between ready stock and made-to-order production?
Ready stock is limited to specific models, fabrics and colours. Made-to-order production allows fabrics, colours, size quantities and corporate customisation to be planned for the project. Current stock is confirmed by our team.
09Why are prices not listed on the website?
SULUN MEDICAL works on a B2B bulk-production basis. Pricing depends on the product, fabric, quantity, size breakdown, customisation and delivery requirements, and is confirmed in a quotation.
10What happens after I submit the quotation form?
Your enquiry is sent to our team and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. We review the product, quantity and production requirements and contact you to clarify the details. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed order or collect payment.
11Do you manufacture in-house?
Yes. Cutting, sewing and embroidery are carried out in-house. SULUN MEDICAL was established in 2026, building on the family's medical textile manufacturing experience.
12Can we reorder the same model?
Yes. We keep our own garment patterns, enabling us to continue producing the same model. Share the product code and your previous order details so that fabric, colour, quantity and delivery requirements can be confirmed for the new order.
